Terms

Terms of Service

These terms describe the practical boundary of the current product: source-backed route research, destination comparison, and sample prep-report support.

Informational product

PathwayMatch provides structured immigration and relocation information for comparison and planning. It does not create an attorney-client, tax-advisor, or consultant-client relationship.

No legal or tax advice

PathwayMatch does not interpret a user's legal status or options, choose a filing strategy, prepare immigration forms, evaluate evidence sufficiency, or provide jurisdiction-specific tax advice.

No filing guarantee

Route pages, assessments, report packets, workspace views, and professional briefs are research-preparation content. They do not guarantee approval, processing speed, interview outcomes, or the availability of a visa or residence permit.

Policy volatility

Immigration pathways, government fees, processing timelines, invitation rounds, wage thresholds, quotas, forms, and source language can change without notice. Users should recheck official sources before relying on any current value.

Urgent deadlines

If a user has an expiring status, refusal deadline, removal risk, tax deadline, family emergency, or other urgent consequence, they should contact a licensed lawyer, authorized representative, tax professional, or other qualified professional immediately.

Professional handoffs

Any future professional handoff should be optional and consent based. If PathwayMatch receives referral or partner compensation, that disclosure should appear near the handoff step.

Generated reports

Report content may be generated or assembled from structured data, assessment inputs, editorial synthesis, and source metadata. Users remain responsible for checking official sources and getting professional review where needed.

User responsibility

Users should treat PathwayMatch as a research aid, not as final professional advice, and should obtain jurisdiction-specific legal or tax review when the decision carries material consequences.
